Wednesday, April 22, 2020, Representative Swanson sent a letter to Governor Greg Abbott and Attorney General Ken Paxton calling on them to supersede the “unconstitutional” mask mandate from Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo. Judge Hidalgo’s order is set to be effective on Monday, April 27 and last through the following 30 days.
