Tuesday’s election was extraordinary. I am deeply honored and humbled to be the Representative-Elect for House District 150.
Together, we won on the issues that matter most to voters of this district – strong border security, pro-life and pro-family values, fiscal conservatism, parental rights, ethics and transparency-in-government, and keeping foreign laws out of our Texas courts. We are all united in the conservative movement in our district and in Texas.
Thank you for the tireless efforts of my family, volunteers, and supporters. Thank you to all the voters at the door, on the phone, and at the polls who allowed us to talk with them about our campaign and believed in our message.
With the campaigns now behind us, please consider helping as we prepare for and go into the 85th session of the Texas Legislature. The session will begin January 10th, but I am already working hard to get bills drafted, staff selected, and a myriad of other items needing attention.
We will post updates to Facebook, so please take a moment to like my page at “Valoree Swanson for Texas.” We’ll also set up an expanded emailing list–you are already part of that, but your neighbors and friends in District 150 may not yet be included. Please let them know, too.
Thank you again for this honor to move our conservative message forward as your Republican nominee.
